Your email should include the following:
Order ID
Description of the issue
Relevant images and Parcel Opening videos clearly showing the defect or wrong item
Exchanges will be processed once we verify the provided details. All exchanges will be delivered in 5-7 days.
Products must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Note: The product must be shipped by the customer to the address provided by the brand. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

2. Return Policy:

• Currently, we do not accept returns unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

• In case of a defective or wrong item, follow the same process as mentioned in the exchange policy.

3. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are only applicable if we are unable to process an exchange for a defective or incorrect item.

• Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
